Role description
Duration : 12 months
We are looking for A Power Platformβheavy data analyst with strong safety/EHS domain knowledge, who can build Power Apps, automate workflows, analyze incident data, and confidently present insights to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Requirements:
β’ A university degree, preferably in business analysis or computer science, and expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).\_
β’ Strong technical skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
β’ Hands-on experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
β’ Ability to build and maintain Power Apps to automate manual safety forms and processes and streamline data collection.
β’ Experience querying enterprise data sources such as SQL databases and SharePoint, with a focus on safety and incident data.
β’ Strong understanding of safety/EHS data, including incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and exposure metrics, preferably using platforms such as Enablon or EHSM.
β’ Proven ability to perform statistical and trend analysis, including root cause analysis and predictive modeling to anticipate potential hazards.
β’ Experience developing and maintaining safety performance dashboards and KPI reporting for internal, external, and country-wide reporting.
β’ Ability to communicate complex safety-related insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
β’ Experience managing Power App build requests, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and delivery.
β’ Strong focus on data governance, validation, and quality control for safety-related data.
β’ Ability to support ad hoc requests, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Experience with animated safety content tools such as Beyond is considered a nice-to-have.
Day-to-day activities may include:
β’ Project managing power app build requests
β’ Developing solutions in the power platform space (powerapps, powerbi, power automate)
β’ Building predictive models to anticipate potential hazards
β’ Conducting statistical analysis on the root causes of incidents
β’ Querying databases to track safety KPIs
β’ Presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders including operations, projects, STS, and senior leadership
β’ Reporting tasks related to monthly reporting
Responsibilities:
β’ Creation of power app tools and applications
β’ Develop and maintain the Safety Performance Ai build roadmap
β’ Safety Reporting (internal, external, country-wide)
β’ Management of Safety Classification and Learning model (SCL) Classifications and events
β’ Development and maintenance of Safety Power BI Dashboards
β’ Support optimization of data collection through market research / development of new tools Maintenance of tools for data collection and analysis
β’ Management and control of the EHS software platform(s) (Enablon, EHSM)
β’ Collection, governance, and validation of all safety-related data (incidents, investigations, corrective actions, exposure, etc.)
β’ Control and distribution of safety alerts, bulletins, and safety data communications
β’ Trending and analysis of safety data (e.g., identification of incidents involving specific equipment, common themes over time periods)
β’ Tracking and reporting of internal and external safety metrics
β’ Providing analytical support and recommendations for safety performance metrics
