Job Title: Sage X3 Developer Location: Modesto, CA Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Developer Manager to lead our ERP development team in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the functionality of the Sage X3 platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Sage X3, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align ERP solutions with business objectives. This role is both hands-on and strategic, involving development oversight, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Sage X3 developers and technical consultants. • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and reports in Sage X3. • Oversee development efforts across financial, distribution, manufacturing, and other business modules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, documentation, and testing standards. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues within Sage X3 and its integrations. • Manage the development roadmap and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on Sage X3 development experience (including 4GL, SAFE X3 platform, Crystal Reports, and Web Services/API). • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong understanding of Sage X3 core modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing). • Experience with integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems. • Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts (Oracle/SQL Server). • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
