• Configure, launch, and manage private offers within AWS Marketplace, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to align Highspot and AWS Marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
• Develop and document best practices, workflows, and training materials for end-users of Highspot and AWS Marketplace offers.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform leadership on tool adoption, offer performance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor platform updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements or new features relevant to our sales technology stack.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and cloud marketplaces is a plus.
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
