Position Overview We are seeking a contract Enablement Manager to support the Sales Academy’s Sales New Hire Experience by improving learner/new-hire data management, streamlining trainer workflows, and building repeatable reporting cadences across Intrepid and PowerBI. This role will also drive monthly enablement content releases by coordinating updates, auditing and validating course materials, and partnering with stakeholders on revisions. Additionally, you’ll lead change management communications (e.g., release notes, systems-of-record updates, documentation/user guides) and provide hands-on support for tactical tool integrations such as Airtable-to-GLD workflows and related analysis. Key Responsibilities New hire data Management · Identify learner management improvements and assist with system optimizations across the learning experience · Streamline trainer operations and build consistent processes/workflows · Analyze and develop new hire reporting cadences; includes learner progression data in Intrepid and incoming new hires in PowerBI. Translate into repeatable reporting and presentations to inform decision making. Build Enablement materials (BOMs) · Execute revisions, curate new enablement materials for monthly release cycles. Support our content evolution in live sessions and assist with audits across training courses and learning paths · Review and validate course content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with adult learning theory, program strategy and learning objectives · Coordinate and collaboration on content revisions based on stakeholder feedback and business needs Change Management & Communication · Compile and publish monthly release notes synthesizing updates from multiple workstreams · Organize and communicate changes in a clear, accessible format for stakeholders · Provide trainers with training on new content · Keep internal systems of record CDW/CRM portal up to date · Document integration processes and create user guides as needed Tactical learning tools support · Provide tactical support for tool integrations, including Airtable to GLD workflows; this may include creating pivot tables, running analysis,using AI tools to synthesize new hire data. Required Qualifications · 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, onboarding or new hire programs · 2+ years in project or program management within corporate training or learning and development environments · Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data exports, Excel/spreadsheets, and data visualization · Experience with learning technology platforms and project management tools (Intrepid, Airtable, PowerPoint, Excel) · Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines · Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate in written, video or audio format. Preferred Qualifications · Familiarity with onboarding and new hire programs · Experience in a supporting role, acting as coordinator of many hats · Familiarity with ServiceNow products and Sales ecosystems · Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory and learning content standards · Experience working in Kanban or iterative development environments This is a contractor position supporting the Sales Academy team at ServiceNow.
