Job Description: THE ROLE: โ€ข We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Incentive Plan Analyst to join our Sales Incentive Program (SIP) team within the Sales Strategy and Planning organization. โ€ข This role will assist in shaping our global sales incentive programs through in-depth analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking. โ€ข The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is comfortable working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders. โ€ข This position reports to the Sr Manager, Global Sales Compensation and will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, IT and HR to support administration Global SIP Plans. โ€ข Responsibilities include Quota and actuals consolidation, auditing results, addressing payee inquiries, cost modeling, and ad hoc analysis. THE PERSON: โ€ข Outstanding interpersonal skills โ€ข Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills โ€ข Attention to detail and strong organizational skills โ€ข A standout colleague with excellent collaboration skills โ€ข Ability to build positive relationships with internal clients/partners โ€ข Dedication to creating an outstanding internal customer experience โ€ข Strong business presence and horizontal leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: โ€ข Administer SIP Plans on a quarterly cadence โ€ข Conduct audits of plan documentation, job profiles, and compensation components to ensure compliance, consistency, and data accuracy โ€ข Support annual compensation planning cycles through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations on plan mechanics and system capabilities โ€ข Collaborate with partners in Sales, HR, Finance, IT, and other groups โ€ข Work within the end-to-end operational process for the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) โ€ข Support configuration of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, Varicent, and ensure it is aligned to current and new plan designs โ€ข Process Documentation and creating Enablement Documents in PPT โ€ข Complete new hire onboarding training for sales hires for processes related to SIP. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: โ€ข 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, sales operations, or sales finance, ideally within a high-growth or technology-driven organization โ€ข Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) โ€ข Experience with databases and SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake) or compensation platforms (e.g., Varicent, Xactly, Callidus) is a plus โ€ข General understanding of sales processes, roles, and quota-based incentive programs ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience TekWissenยฎ Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
