Check our Handelsbanken website for further information The opportunity As the Salesforce Admin you will work closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead and Lead Architect to help with the development and configuration of Salesforce platform and performing the day-to-day operations to maintain the platform by partnering with people across the business and broader IT team to deliver customer value through the extension of CRM services. Key responsibilities β€’ Integral part of the Run/Ops team of Salesforce to help with BAU requests and maintain the Salesforce Platform β€’ Own the Salesforce tickets/incidents raised by the end customers and help with the build/resolution β€’ Work closely with the technical lead and architect to build enhancements on the existing Salesforce platform β€’ Ability to own responsibility for end-to-end delivery of work and work with other/external teams wherever required β€’ Completion of necessary technical/solution documents and artefacts in line with organisation standards β€’ Adhere to best practices, quality management framework and ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions β€’ Leverage the existing DevOps tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps) for deployments of user stories/tickets/bugs β€’ Ability to work in Agile Methodology and agile tools like JIRA/Confluence etc. β€’ Hands-on Salesforce solution development with proven knowledge and experience across both declarative configuration and programmatic development β€’ Help with building Integrations between Salesforce and other legacy systems using different integration patterns β€’ Perform peer reviews and sign-off technical solution β€’ Ability to contribute to enhancing System Documentation & Processes β€’ Operates in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager What we’re looking for Research (by Harvard University) shows that women are particularly likely to second guess themselves and not apply - so if you are worried you don't meet all the criteria, get in touch anyhow and let us do the worrying… β€’ Experience in Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) β€’ Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator β€’ Expert in Salesforce Lightning, flows, Salesforce security model and other configuration tools in Salesforce β€’ Experience in customisation leveraging LWC and Apex (triggers, batch classes) β€’ Good experience in Omnistudio – Omniscripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures β€’ Experience in implementing eID&V solutions like Onfido, Experian β€’ Experience in working for a bank or a financial service institution is a plus β€’ Salesforce system admin, developer, app builder and Omnistudio developer certification is a plus Why join Handelsbanken We want everyone at Handelsbanken to feel supported, motivated, and able to do great work.
