BRIEF DESCRIPTIO
N:Serves as the agency's senior Salesforce Platform Administrator responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative platform capabilities and industry best practices. Provides user support, training, mentoring, and governance leadership while helping establish internal Salesforce expertise and reducing reliance on external vendors. Ensures the Salesforce environment remains secure, compliant, maintainable, and aligned with agency business objectiv
