Role description
Addison Group is working with philanthropy organization in search for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This is a fully remote contract role, please apply to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily administration of two advanced Salesforce environments, including a community portal, multiple system integrations, and data visualization tools
• Assist with data operations such as bulk imports/exports, data cleansing, deduplication, record consolidation, and creation of fields, reports, and dashboards
• Maintain and manage user access, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings
• Help design and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Flow
• Oversee and enhance Account Engagement (Pardot), including campaign setup, data sync, field mapping, and automation configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues through a ticketing system, providing clear and effective solutions
• Develop and update internal technical documentation
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce
• At least 1 year working with Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, SolarWinds or similar systems)
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or equivalents
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent internal support
• Interest in mission-driven work and understanding how data supports organizational strategy
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with tools such as AmpImpact or Cvent
• Exposure to Visualforce and/or basic knowledge of Apex
• Familiarity with integration and optimization tools (e.g., Workato, Apsona, Copado, Tableau, or similar platforms)
• Background in nonprofit environments, particularly related to operations or fundraising
