Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Offshore
Job Summary
A Technical Architect is responsible for seamless execution of the development plan; by providing optimal and innovative solutions, developing high quality code and guiding a team of devs or sr. devs or tech leads, or sr. tech leads or associate technical architect. A Technical Architect is expected to possess expert level knowledge of CRM platforms, business functions and essentials of systems integration.
A Technical Architect needs to conduct following responsibilities at work -
• Billability of at least 32 hrs per week (Util Target). Resource needs to ensure that assigned hours are utilized on each project.
• Perform thorough analysis
• Develop high quality scalable code
• Ensure devops processes is followed across the team
• Facilitate proactive communication with project/product teams
• Facilitate learning & development for self and the team
• Ensure a good environment strategy is designed for client Salesforce Org.
• Ensure Code and other best practices are continuously reviewed and updated and educate all team members.
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies (e.g. Vlocity, Marketing and MuleSoft) and enable junior developers.
• Participate in new technology POC’s and demo to stakeholders.
• Constantly monitor Technical Debt. Work on Technical Debt and provide solutions to reduce the same.
• Ensure Dev Ops is implemented across Org and remove blockers by working with various stakeholders.
• Ensure to participate in client calls and provide solutions to client challenges/opportunities(wherever applicable) and need to be flexible to accommodate the client late calls. (If required work in different shifts).
• Ensure Technical Leadership within the SFDC platform and provide solutions to client challenges/opportunities.
• Actively participate in production issue calls and provide solutions very quickly and also provide alternate work around solutions to mitigate the business impact.
• Ensure to Participate in Salesforce upcoming technology updates or new tech and drive upfront in the Organization and implement few POC’s to client
• Ensure that you provide Technical Project Management Experience (Work with PM’s closely and build rapport)
• Ensure to understand the complete ecosystem of client business and Salesforce Org and provide innovative solutions.
• Initiate Technical Programs and work closely with the Leadership team, Senior Tech Leads and Tech Leads to drive in the entire organization.
• Collaborate with US Technical Architects, Solution architect and Business Analysts to provide solutions to the client.
• Ensure integrations (including Data integrations), SSO, and Live Chat are seamless and provide scalable design or solutions.
• Understand client requirements or scenarios and provide on the spot solutions.
• Recommend good tools for the client ecosystem for end-to-end project development.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills by being a team player, staying approachable and collaborative.
• Obtain and maintain a Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer 2, Platform Architect, Salesforce CTA (preferably) certificate.
Requirements
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, MCA or equivalent higher experience in Computer Science is preferred.
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
• Experience completing multiple salesforce. implementation projects requiring integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Strong understanding of relational databases structure and functionality
• Required - Minimum 12 -15 years experience in Software Development
• Required - Minimum 5+ years in IT/Software companies with a multinational footprint
• Required - Minimum 10 years experience with SFDC
• Required - Certified Salesforce - PLATFORM APP BUILDER
• Required - Certified Salesforce - PLATFORM DEVELOPER I
• Required - Certified Salesforce - PLATFORM DEVELOPER II
• Required - Certified Salesforce - SHARING & VISIBILITY DESIGNER

• Experience using React, or other MV
• JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience developing mobile, hybrid, and/or native iOS applications
• Experience with developing applications on Heroku
• Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integration technologies. Informatica Cloud and Mulesoft preferred.
• Salesforce Domain Specialist and Architect certifications
• Financial Services, Health Care or other industry experience
• Competency with Microsoft SQL Server, MYSQL, postgreSQL or Oracle
