Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled analytics professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. This individual will build scalable dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses that empower the organization with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performing analytics assets aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and data recipes.
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business functions.
Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines to streamline reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Optimize CRM Analytics performance, ensuring efficient data processing, accuracy, and reliability.
Implement data governance, quality checks, and best practices across all analytics assets.
Monitor usage, identify trends, and continuously enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
Troubleshoot data and dashboard issues across Salesforce and Power BI environments.
Support ongoing analytics initiatives, including integration of new datasets and enhancements to existing models.
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein), including:
Building dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses, Dataflows and data prep
SAQL and JSON configuration (preferred)
Strong proficiency with Power BI, including: Power Query, DAX, Data modeling and transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant), Power BI Certification (PL-300, DP-600)
Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation
Background working with complex datasets or enterprise data environments
Experience integrating Power BI with additional cloud sources
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for scalable analytics.
Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
