Role description

Reporting to the Market Intelligence Manager as part of the Commercial Excellence Team, you will be responsible for leading and evolving specific Commercial Excellence initiatives in SFE and Commercial Analytics/Reporting with the UKI Sales and Marketing Departments. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week Monday - Friday and is based in Runcorn, with the option of hybrid working. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement SFE projects specifically the SFE cycles for nominated BUs. The cycle will include Sales Targeting, Segmentation, Incentives Management and other projects to improve resource allocation, revenue growth and overall performance.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to implement KPI reporting to demonstrate effective Omni-Channel Execution.
• Provide regular dashboard reporting to enable the Sales and Marketing teams to review their sales, forecast, market and activity data.
• Highlight trends, deviations, market insight and work with the commercial teams to challenge and use this insight to drive change, decision making and strategies.
• Work with Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM to implement new functionality, versions or bespoke internal enhancements to develop reporting and value.
• Drive continuous improvements in data, visibility, reporting, processes and the security of data.
• Support the Sales and Marketing community to continuously improve the sales targeting and forecasting process using data automation, analytics and reporting.
• Identify key opportunities to improve our insight generation and commercial data driven decision making across Region Market Intelligence and MU stakeholders.
• Work closely with the CommEx Lead and Sales and Marketing teams on specific initiatives and projects to relating to commercial excellence.
Experience
• Extensive experience as a Commercial Analyst in Healthcare/Pharma or similar industry.
• Experience with data automation, setting up date flows and reporting in Power BI.
• Strong system experience – Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI, Azure etc.
