Role description
Swoon is actively hiring a Salesforce Financial Cloud Business Analyst to join the team!
What your day-to-day will look like?
β’ Partner with product owners, wealth management stakeholders, developers, and scrum teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
β’ Lead the creation of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile documentation to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
β’ Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and sprint deliverables.
β’ Support large-scale client data consolidation and CRM modernization efforts by assisting with data mapping, workflow analysis, and integration activities across multiple financial systems and books of record.
β’ Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story decomposition, and story pointing within a fast-paced 2-week sprint delivery environment.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across wealth management, investments, trust services, advisory, and portfolio management functions to improve Salesforce adoption, reporting, relationship management, and operational efficiency.
β’ Work independently in a high-visibility environment with executive-level stakeholders, providing strategic business analysis support while helping drive process improvements and ongoing Salesforce FSC platform enhancements.
Whatβs Required / Technical Skills
β’ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives within complex agile environments.
β’ 3+ year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including understanding of FSC workflows, client data models, and CRM functionality within financial services organizations.
β’ Strong banking and wealth management industry experience with knowledge of wealth advisory, investments, trust services, portfolio management, or financial account structures.
β’ Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical user stories and actionable agile deliverables.
β’ Experience working closely with developers, testers, product owners, and scrum teams in agile SDLC environments utilizing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story decomposition practices.
β’ Strong understanding of data mapping, integrations, and cross-platform data relationships to support enterprise CRM consolidation and transformation initiatives.
β’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to operate independently and effectively within fast-paced, high-visibility environments involving executive-level stakeholders.
