Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of endβtoβend QuoteβtoβCash (Q2C) solutions. The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate revenue and pricing requirements into scalable Salesforce RCA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Q2C processes
β’ Work with stakeholders to understand product catalog, pricing, discounting, approvals, contracts, orders, billing, subscriptions
β’ Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria
β’ Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure designs align with RCA capabilities
β’ Support configuration validation for Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals, Order Management, Billing
β’ Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and design walkthroughs
β’ Support System Testing, UAT, and defect triage related to Revenue Cloud functionality
β’ Assist with data validation, reporting requirements, and process documentation
β’ Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout delivery lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 8+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce RCA experience
β’ 4+ years handsβon with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and/or Salesforce CPQ
β’ Strong understanding of Q2C processes (pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, revenue operations)
β’ Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, user stories
β’ Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, reporting
β’ Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
β’ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
GoodβtoβHave:
β’ Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Advanced certification
β’ Experience with Salesforce Billing & Subscription Management
β’ Exposure to ERP, finance, or billing system integrations
β’ Experience with enterprise/global Salesforce programs
