We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions that enhance customer service experiences. Skill and Experience Requirements: โ€ข 14+ Yearsโ€™ experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Service Cloud. โ€ข Salesforce Certification - Platform developer 1/ 2 โ€ข Salesforce certification - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Knowledge (must have) 1. Case Management (Email to Case, Web to Case, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Case , Support Process, Support Settings) 1. Omni-Channel (Queue and Skills based) 1. Omni-Channel for Supervisor 1. Open CTI implementation (Jabber, Cisco, etc.) 1. Knowledge Articles (Creating, Approving, Publishing, Case 1. Agentforce, Prompt Builder - how can it be leveraged for Support Services, Case replies etc by the support team. Technical Skills: 1. LWC 1. Apex 1. Integration (REST) 1. Streaming API (Platform Events) Good to Know 1. Data Cloud.
