Job Description (Summary):
• Strong Salesforce development experience — hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation
• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Agentforce / Omni-Channel Service Cloud configuration and development
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360, data modeling, and integrations)
• Advanced Flows – building and optimizing complex business process automations
• Proven ability to work independently, collaborate with business teams, and own features end-to-end from design to deployment
• Comfortable in agile environments and capable of delivering quickly
• Hands-on, build-ready developers who can immediately start contributing
• Exposure to Lightning Service Cloud deployments or modernization initiatives is a plus
