Role description
Salesforce Support Engineer Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite) Type: Long-Term Contract | W2 Only - $45-47/hr We're seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to support and enhance a large enterprise Salesforce environment for a leading financial institution. This is a hands-on role combining production support, Salesforce administration, configuration, and light Apex development. Salesforce Support Engineer - Responsibilities • Support and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments • Troubleshoot production issues and manage incidents through ServiceNow • Configure Flows, Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, Roles, Profiles, and Security • Develop and enhance Apex, Batch Classes, OmniStudio, and Lightning Flows • Support REST API, Platform Event, Streaming API, and ETL integrations • Perform data loads, data cleanup, and reporting • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements Salesforce Support Engineer - Required Experience • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Salesforce configuration including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Record Types, and Permission Sets • OmniStudio and OmniScripts • Apex development (small enhancements) and Lightning Web Component troubleshooting • REST APIs and enterprise integrations • ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Change Management • Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Confluence • Copado and GitHub deployment experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or CPQ • Financial Services or other regulated industry experience Why This Opportunity • Long-term contract with a stable enterprise environment • High-impact role supporting mission-critical Salesforce applications • Opportunity to work with modern Salesforce technologies and enterprise integrations • Hybrid schedule in downtown Chicago If you're interested in learning more, apply today or send me a direct message.
