Job Opportunity: Salesforce/nCino DevOps Technical Lead Location: 100% Remote Duration: Contract Key Responsibility Must - Autorabit experience Key Responsibilities : - 5+ Years of Salesforce 4+ years of nCino 5+ Years of DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines 3+ Year of AutoRabit or Copado Experience CI/CD Pipeline Design & Management Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored to Salesforce and nCino platforms using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, and Git. Develop automated deployment processes for metadata, Apex code, Lightning components, and configuration changes across multiple environments. Implement quality gates including automated unit testing, static code analysis, and integration testing within the pipeline. Manage source control and branching strategies that support parallel development, hotfixes, and release trains. DevOps Leadership Lead DevOps efforts for Salesforce and nCino across development, staging, UAT, and production environments. Establish DevOps best practices, documentation, and training across development teams. Monitor and optimize build and deployment performance, while enforcing consistency and version control standards. Technical Oversight & Governance Ensure the integrity and security of release pipelines by integrating change management, compliance, and audit controls. Partner with Salesforce and nCino developers, architects, and QA teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot issues quickly. Team Collaboration & Coaching Coach and mentor junior DevOps engineers, administrators, and developers on DevOps best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA engineers to align technical delivery with business priorities and agile workflows. Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming for DevOps-related tasks and continuous improvement. Monitoring & Support Implement monitoring tools and alerts to proactively identify issues in the deployment process or post-deployment performance. Lead incident response and coordinate hotfix deployment activities when needed. Maintain detailed release documentation, change logs, rollback plans, and operational runbooks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, administration, and DevOps. 2+ years of direct experience working with nCino and managing its deployment lifecycle. Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce and nCino environments. Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket). Strong understanding of Salesforce DX, metadata API, CLI, and sandbox management. Hands-on experience integrating automated testing and code analysis into the release pipeline. Experience working in highly regulated environments with documented SDLC processes. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or DevOps Specialist. nCino certification or experience with Commercial Lending Origination (CLO) and Deposit Account Opening (DAO) modules. Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring, backup, and rollback solutions for Salesforce deployments.
