Job Summary:
The Data Analyst III supports advanced analytics and reporting activities in a regulated environment. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, building data models, and delivering high-quality reports that support business, regulatory, and post-market needs. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases using SAP Analytics Cloud and Excel
β’ Build, maintain, and validate data models to support reporting and analytical requirements
β’ Design and generate standard and ad hoc reports based on defined business parameters
β’ Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs
β’ Develop interactive dashboards and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making
β’ Support continuous process improvement by streamlining reporting workflows
β’ Ensure data validity through cross-functional verification aligned with regulatory expectations
β’ Analyze and explain complaint data and sales distribution data to internal stakeholders
β’ Execute complex data queries to support global safety, compliance, and monitoring requests
β’ Prepare regulatory and post-market reports with limited supervision
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
β’ Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
β’ Experience working with data models and structured datasets
β’ Experience supporting analytics in a medical device or regulated environment
β’ Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with interactive dashboards and advanced data visualizations
β’ Familiarity with regulatory or post-market reporting processes
β’ Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
