SAP Analytics Cloud Analyst- Medical Device

Job Summary: The Data Analyst III supports advanced analytics and reporting activities in a regulated environment. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, building data models, and delivering high-quality reports that support business, regulatory, and post-market needs. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases using SAP Analytics Cloud and Excel • Build, maintain, and validate data models to support reporting and analytical requirements • Design and generate standard and ad hoc reports based on defined business parameters • Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs • Develop interactive dashboards and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making • Support continuous process improvement by streamlining reporting workflows • Ensure data validity through cross-functional verification aligned with regulatory expectations • Analyze and explain complaint data and sales distribution data to internal stakeholders • Execute complex data queries to support global safety, compliance, and monitoring requests • Prepare regulatory and post-market reports with limited supervision Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience working with data models and structured datasets • Experience supporting analytics in a medical device or regulated environment • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with interactive dashboards and advanced data visualizations • Familiarity with regulatory or post-market reporting processes • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
