SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $53.00 USD Hourly - $57.00 USD Hourly Description: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to support complex, high-impact initiatives within our analytics organization. In this contingent role, you will provide expertise across large-scale analytical planning efforts, evaluate multifaceted data challenges, and deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions align with business objectives, policy requirements, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities - Consult on broad, complex analytics initiatives involving large-scale planning and execution. - Review, interpret, and analyze multi-dimensional data challenges that require evaluating numerous factors, including ambiguous or unprecedented scenarios. - Develop actionable recommendations and contribute to resolving highly complex issues with a strong understanding of internal functions, policies, and compliance frameworks. - Partner strategically with internal client teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality analytical outputs. - Create dashboards, reporting, and insights to support risk-related decision-making. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of analytics experience, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education. - 5-7 years of hands-on SQL reporting and analytics experience (Teradata and/or Oracle). - Demonstrated ability to independently process, synthesize, and analyze data from multiple sources. - Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI. - Background in risk management analytics. Location: Charlotte, NC (or Minneapolis, MN - 600 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 55415) Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Experience with SAS data management. - Exposure to financial crimes analytics. - CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification. - Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and hands-on experience applying them within risk programs. - Prior financial services experience or previous Wells Fargo employment (not required but considered an asset). Education / Licensing No formal education or licensing requirements. SQL expertise is required. CAMS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
