SAP Business Intelligence Developer Remote – MST. About the Role We're looking for an experienced SAP Business Intelligence Developer to join a team responsible for delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across a complex SAP environment. This is more than a report development role. You'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and optimize scalable reporting solutions that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)/Datasphere, along with experience building and maintaining Universes and translating business requirements into robust reporting models. This team is in a high-growth phase and needs someone who can work independently, solve complex reporting challenges, and quickly become a trusted technical resource. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • Build, enhance, and support BusinessObjects Universes (UNX/UNV) • Work with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, or Data Warehouse Cloud environments to support modern analytics • Analyze incoming reporting requests and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop, validate, and optimize SAP reporting models • Understand and leverage SAP core tables and business data structures • Partner with SAP technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the reporting lifecycle • Support reports from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance • Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks • Improve existing reporting solutions while identifying opportunities for optimization and standardization • Help ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across the organization Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in SAP Business Intelligence or SAP Reporting • Strong experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BO) • Experience developing and maintaining BusinessObjects Universes (UNX/UNV) • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) • Strong understanding of SAP core tables, SAP architecture, and SAP data models • Experience designing reporting solutions from requirements gathering through deployment • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications • Python • SQL / T-SQL • Tableau • Experience with SAP S/4HANA • Experience with Vistex • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) • Exposure to additional SAP modules What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has a Business Intelligence Developer mindset and is comfortable owning problems from start to finish.
