Position Tittle: SAP consultant Location: Remote Job Description: - Role Scope / Deliverables: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Lead with extensive hands-on expertise in SAP BODS , SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE 2023), and legacy ERP data migrations — ideally from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar SQL-based systems. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end Data Migration workstream, driving strategy, execution, validation, and reporting for large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. This role demands both technical depth and leadership experience managing global teams. Key Skills: Required Skills & Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in Data Migration, with 8+ years in SAP BODS and S/4HANA Cloud (RISE) migrations. • Proven experience leading complex migration programs involving multiple legacy ERPs. • Strong expertise in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Must Have) and staging table-based migrations. • Hands-on understanding of key S/4HANA migration objects: Business Partner, Material, BOM, Hierarchies and other DM Objects. • Experience building data validation and reconciliation frameworks using SQL, BODS, or reporting tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge between IT, business, and offshore teams. • Demonstrated experience managing offshore delivery teams • Solid knowledge of data governance and audit practices. • Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and source analysis (especially from Navision SQL DB or similar systems. -- Warm Regards!
