Position: SAP Crystal Reports Developer – Technical Lead Location: Remote Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP Crystal Reports • Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects • Manage the end-to-end report development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices • Perform report performance tuning, data validation, and issue resolution • Ensure proper technical documentation, including report logic and development standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and delivery efficiency • Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports Required Skills & Experience • 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Crystal Reports development • Strong proficiency in SQL, including: • Advanced queries • Stored procedures and functions • Performance tuning and optimization • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer • Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have • Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts • Exposure to other reporting or BI platforms • Knowledge of SAP modules or integrations (not required)
