Pay Range: $55- $60 per hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. · Job Title : SAP Data Management / Reporting Analyst · Duration: 16 Months Contract · Location: San Antonio, TX/Findlay, OH We are seeking an experienced Data Management / Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI, SAP data environments, SQL, data modeling, analytics, and supply chain reporting. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to develop enterprise reporting solutions, improve operational visibility, and support data-driven decision making across procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehouse, maintenance, and supply chain functions. Required Skills: Data Modeling & Analytics Advanced Power BI development Dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension tables) DAX Measures, Calculated Columns, KPIs Semantic Models and Reporting Datasets SQL Server query development and optimization Data cleansing, transformation, and validation Dashboard creation and performance tuning Business analytics and trend identification SAP Data Expertise SAP ECC, BW, and S/4HANA experience Knowledge of SAP tables, fields, and relationships Data lineage and source-to-report tracing SAP query and extract development Validation of business logic from SAP data sources Supply Chain Functional Knowledge Candidates must understand: Procurement Strategic Sourcing Inventory Management Maintenance Operations Warehouse Operations Supply Chain Processes Data Governance & Quality KPI definitions and metric standardization Master Data Management Data Dictionaries and Documentation Root Cause Analysis Data Quality Management Data Validation & Reconciliation Reconciliation across SAP, SQL Server, BW, and Power BI KPI validation UAT support Troubleshooting reporting discrepancies Quality assurance processes Power BI Administration Workspace management Dataset management App deployment Row-Level Security (RLS) Data access controls Refresh monitoring and performance tuning Stakeholder Engagement Requirements gathering Discovery sessions Business process translation Executive presentations User training and adoption support Dashboard Design / UX Dashboard UX/UI principles Data visualization best practices Navigation design Reporting standardization User-centered design Preferred Background: Strong supply chain reporting experience Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations experience preferred Ability to consult directly with business leaders and develop reporting solutions from requirements through deployment. Manager Notes: Key Requirements Supply Chain domain experience is the highest priority. Strong Power BI experience for building dashboards, KPIs, and reports. Data comes from SAP (Gold, Silver, Bronze data layers). Heavy experience with SAP data in Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain. Ability to write SQL queries, validate SAP data, and ensure calculations/KPIs are accurate. Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions. Perform testing, data validation, reconciliation, and KPI verification. Must understand the procurement lifecycle. Looking for someone who can work independently and own reporting solutions end-to-end. Candidate should provide real-world examples of dashboards, KPIs, and business impact. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills. Clear and articulate in explaining technical concepts. Strong business understanding along with technical expertise. Able to independently handle work in a remote environment. Additional Notes The role supports a major Supply Chain transformation happening over the next 8–9 months. Previous resource (Carlos) supported enterprise business reporting and KPI/dashboard development. The new hire will help continue and expand that work.
