SAP Data Migration Consultant (Must Have Syniti Experience)

Job Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant Duration: 12-18+ Month Contract Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team on a 12-18+ month remote contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing SAP S/4HANA data migration projects using Syniti’s ETL toolset, such as the Syniti Advanced Data Migration Module (ADMM) or Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP). This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring migration tools, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the migration process. Key Responsibilities: • Execute data migration projects using Syniti’s ADMM or SKP platform, with a minimum of two completed S/4HANA migration projects. • Configure Syniti tools to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring seamless data transitions. • Understand and work with SAP data structures, including customers, materials, and vendors, for both SAP and non-SAP ERP systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines. • Develop and implement comprehensive data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. • Conduct data profiling and analysis to evaluate data quality and address any identified issues prior to migration. • Provide guidance and training to team members, sharing best practices for SAP data migration and Syniti tool usage. Qualifications: • Minimum of two completed S/4HANA data migration projects using Syniti ADMM or SKP. • Extensive knowledge of SAP data structures, including customer, material, and vendor master data. • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA data migration from both SAP ECC and non-SAP ERPs. • Strong expertise in configuring Syniti tools for ETL processes. • Proficiency in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address data quality issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
