Hi, Please review the below JD: Sophus IT Solution is looking for a SAP MDM Lead with one of their leading clients in US. Role: SAP MDM (Master Data Management) Lead Location: Redmond WA Remote We are very specific with hands on experience on SAP Master Data Management on data engineering, platform, architecture, security, and analytics teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards. We are looking for a person who already worked on MDM and willing to lead and manage the team will be a right fit for this role. Project Delivery • Own and manage enterprise‑level data management programs, including data governance, data quality, metadata, master data, data platforms, and regulatory initiatives. • Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, and delivery plans across multiple teams and vendors. • Drive execution across Agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring consistent cadence, transparency, and accountability. • Identify and manage cross‑program dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs, escalating issues with clear options and recommendations. Data & Technical Alignment • Partner with data engineering, platform, architecture, security, and analytics teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards. • Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., data lineage, quality rules, ingestion patterns, privacy controls) into clear program plans and stakeholder‑ready communication. • Ensure programs align with enterprise data management frameworks, operating models, and target‑state architectures Stakeholder & Change Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology owners. • Drive stakeholder alignment across geographies and functions, resolving conflicts and maintaining momentum. • Lead change‑management activities, including communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking. Metrics & Reporting • Manage KPIs for program health, delivery performance, and business outcomes (e.g., data quality improvements, platform adoption, risk reduction). • Produce concise, executive‑level status reporting with clear insights, not just activity tracking. • Leverage dashboards and visualization tools to enable real‑time program visibility where applicable.
