Role description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP People Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and support workforce analytics solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics tools. The role will focus on building insightful dashboards, workforce reports, and data models to enable data-driven HR decision-making and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, including Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Advanced Reporting. • Design and develop HR dashboards and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). • Gather business requirements from HR and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. • Develop workforce metrics and insights such as headcount, attrition, diversity, performance, and compensation analytics. • Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance across HR systems. • Integrate data from SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.). • Optimize report performance and maintain documentation. • Support data security, role-based access, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting / People Analytics. • Strong expertise in Story Reporting, Canvas Reporting, and Advanced Reporting. • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for HR dashboards. • Good understanding of Employee Central data model and HR processes. • Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization best practices. • Experience in data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. • Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
