Knowledge in JD Edwards β€’ Ability to leverage SAP HANA’s capabilities for real-time analytics and advanced data processing. β€’ Strong understanding of integration and data migration tools such as SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit to transition legacy systems smoothly β€’ Proficiency in mapping business processes and requirements to S/4HANA solutions, enabling process optimization Project Management β€’ Experience with SAP Activate agile project management methodology, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination. β€’ Capability to define project scope, manage customizations, and respond to changing project requirements with adaptability. Communication and Collaboration β€’ Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for business stakeholders and end-users, ensuring clear understanding of project progress and deliverables. β€’ Collaboration with other engineering teams and departments for seamless system integration and change management. Problem-Solving and Change Management β€’ Analytical skills to identify root causes, engineer solutions, and manage unexpected challenges during implementation. β€’ Change management expertise, helping teams transition from legacy interfaces to S/4HANA’s Fiori UI and new processes.
