Technical Proficiency
β’ In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including modules, user interfaces, and embedded analytics is essential for configuring and troubleshooting the system.
Knowledge in JD Edwards
β’ Ability to leverage SAP HANAβs capabilities for real-time analytics and advanced data processing.
β’ Strong understanding of integration and data migration tools such as SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit to transition legacy systems smoothly
β’ Proficiency in mapping business processes and requirements to S/4HANA solutions, enabling process optimization
Project Management
β’ Experience with SAP Activate agile project management methodology, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
β’ Capability to define project scope, manage customizations, and respond to changing project requirements with adaptability.
Communication and Collaboration
β’ Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for business stakeholders and end-users, ensuring clear understanding of project progress and deliverables.
β’ Collaboration with other engineering teams and departments for seamless system integration and change management.
Problem-Solving and Change Management
β’ Analytical skills to identify root causes, engineer solutions, and manage unexpected challenges during implementation.
