Job#: 31186 SAP S/4HANA IM/EWM Business Analyst Location: Greater Philadelphia area (Onsite 2-3 days a week) Duration: 12+ months Start Date: June 2026 Position Summary: A Pharmaceutical client is seeking a seasoned Business Process Consultant to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA IM/EWM across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. This is a business-focused role, reporting to the Global Template Owner for IM/EWM in the MAKE domain. The ideal candidate will have deep operational process knowledge in pharmaceutical logistics, alongside strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA IM/EWM, with an emphasis on process execution and optimization, not IT development. Key Responsibilities: • Support the deployment of the S/4HANA IM/EWM solution across manufacturing locations, ensuring alignment with global business process templates. • Provide expertise on end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and production logistics (material staging, shop floor inventory, goods issue/receipt). • Partner with local business stakeholders to ensure readiness, fit-gap analysis, and change management aligned with pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. • Contribute to process standardization efforts and support labeling design and harmonization across sites. • Actively participate in Agile-based deployment activities, including business scenario development, testing preparation, and execution. • Serve as the key business liaison for IM/EWM within the manufacturing domain during implementation phases. Required Qualifications: • Strong background in logistics operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in production logistics and inventory management. • Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA IM/EWM in a business capacity. • Experience in labeling design and standardization is preferred. • Demonstrated success in business process standardization and global template adoption. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint-based delivery, testing, and user engagement. • Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within the NJ/PA region.
