Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Senior Data Analyst in Tampa, FL. Summary: The Senior SAP Supply Chain Analyst acts as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting, analyzing, and enhancing core supply chain functions-including manufacturing, logistics, and inventory-within SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. This individual serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights using modern analytics and visualization tools. Responsibilities: SAP & Data Analytics:
β’ Analyze supply chain data across SAP modules (MM, WM/EWM, PP, SD, APO) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
β’ Leverage tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to transform data into insights that drive operational and strategic decisions
System Optimization & Support:
β’ Configure, test (SIT/UAT), and support SAP supply chain solutions
β’ Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migrations and system enhancement initiatives
Data Governance & Quality:
β’ Define, document, and maintain master data standards, including material masters, vendor masters, and BOMs
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Performance Measurement
β’ Develop, monitor, and report on key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
β’ Support leadership with timely, data-driven performance insights
Process Improvement
β’ Lead and support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and transportation efficiency
β’ Identify risks and cost-reduction opportunities while enhancing overall supply chain effectiveness
Requirements
β’ 3-6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, ERP support, or related roles
β’ SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP supply chain modules (MM, PP, EWM/WM, APO) and involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation or support
β’ Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with SQL, Python and/or R, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
β’ Analytical Strength: Strong ability to work with large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
β’ Communication: Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience supporting or executing S/4HANA brownfield conversions
β’ APICS, SAP, or related professional certifications
β’ Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
