Job Title: SAP Service Finance Senior Analyst – SAP CO
Location: Austin, TX / Santa Clara, CA (5 days onsite)

Job Summary
The SAP Service Finance Senior Analyst is a key role within the GIS organization, supporting finance system activities across Service Finance domains. This role contributes to both operational support and strategic initiatives, including system design, integration, testing, and business process controls within SAP environments.
The position requires strong collaboration with the Integration Project Management Office (PMO), Sales, Operations, and cross-functional IT teams to support finance systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP expertise, solid finance knowledge, and experience working in complex system integration environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support SAP ERP integration initiatives across the full project lifecycle: assessment, design, build, testing, training, and implementation within the Service Finance domain
• Act as primary support for Service Finance processes in a manufacturing environment, including:
• Service contract–based business
• Installation & Warranty (I&W)
• Service Orders
• Repair Orders
• Serve as liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and GIS teams
• Partner with business teams to define requirements, improve processes, and analyze financial impacts
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement SAP-based solutions
• Develop and execute test scripts, manage defects, and ensure solution quality
• Create process documentation and support end-user training and knowledge transfer
• Define data conversion strategies, cutover plans, validation, and financial reconciliation
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure system stability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Service Finance
• Manage and oversee contingent workers supporting project or operational activities
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong experience with SAP ERP (ECC) and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Solid finance/accounting background with end-to-end financial process understanding
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reconciliation, validation)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting SAP finance system implementations or integration projects
• Knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) integration
• Expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and Revenue Recognition
• Exposure to SAP CRM, SAP C4C, CPQ, or SAP S/4HANA Finance modules
