1. 5+ Years of Experience with analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
1. 5+ Years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems.
1. 3+ Years of Experience with State HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
1. 5+ Years of Experience with creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
1. Experience with NIST industry standard information security practices
1. Experience with IT implementation
PROJECTS
1. 3+ Years of Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI
1. 5+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

1. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
