Role description
• Remote 12+ month contract outside IR35 - must be UK based. • Multi-module SAP Success Factors rollout across European region • Logistics company experience preferred. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist / HRIS Specialist 12+ Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Remote Global Logistics Company Role Overview The SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist will configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors modules for a major HRIS transformation programme. This role is hands-on and responsible for delivering high-quality configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and/or Payroll, depending on expertise. Key Responsibilities • Perform detailed configuration of SuccessFactors modules (EC required; Recruiting/Onboarding/ECP desirable) • Build business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, templates, and forms • Support integrations with third-party systems (T&A, payroll, background checks, finance) • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs • Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, and ensure quality deployment • Support data migration activities and validation • Prepare configuration documentation and release notes • Provide functional support during go-live and stabilisation • Assist with quarterly SF release testing and updates • Train HR/Payroll/Recruitment teams on new system features Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience • Certified in at least one SF module (EC preferred) • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, workflows, and permissions • Experience with complex configuration, including position management and business rules • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-module delivery environments • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Logistics sector experience preferred • European rollout experience preferred Contract Details • Status: Outside IR35 • Location: Fully Remote - Must be UK based • Duration: 12+ months
