SAP VIM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a high-level SAP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA to lead vendor invoicing processes and testing initiatives. This role focuses on the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, ensuring high-quality system delivery, identifying process gaps, and validating complex functional workflows within large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business processes within SAP S/4HANA specifically for Vendor Invoicing. • Lead comprehensive testing efforts including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Develop detailed Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, and technical documentation. • Track and validate transactions through the full SAP Workflow to ensure end-to-end functionality. • Optimize Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes and support system enhancements. • Utilize SAP Query/Reporting Tools for data extraction, analysis, and validation. • Collaborate with technical teams on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processing and system integrations. Essential Skills • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP S/4HANA. • Deep subject matter expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles. • Hands-on proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). • Proven track record in creating and executing complex Test Cases and Test Scenarios. • Expertise in tracing and validating transactions across integrated SAP Systems. • Strong analytical skills for identifying process inconsistencies and risks. Desirable Skills • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processing within SAP. • Knowledge of SAP System Integrations and complex Data Flows. • Background in Process Transformation or large-scale SAP Implementations.
