SAS Engineer / Consultant

Job Title: SAS Engineer / Consultant Location: Houston, TX Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a SAS Engineer / Consultant with strong experience in SAS, SQL, GCP, and Data Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, SAS development, data transformation, reporting, and supporting cloud-based data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize SAS programs for data analysis and reporting. • Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis using SAS and SQL. • Work with GCP data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions. • Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and data quality issues. • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. • Support data migration and integration activities between SAS and GCP environments. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions. • Troubleshoot data and SAS-related issues and provide technical recommendations. • Document data processes, technical solutions, and analysis results. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with SAS development and data analysis. • Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries and data manipulation. • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong Data Analytics and data validation experience. • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing environments. • Understanding of ETL/data integration concepts. • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
