Role description
Required Skills & Experience - 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Secret Clearance - Security+ - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools - Experience driving Agile collaboration by gathering and refining requirements, writing user stories, and aligning stakeholders and technical teams on deliverables. - Experience supporting data initiatives through integration, visualization, predictive modeling, and AI/ML analytics aligned with mission objectives. - Experience working with product owner and assisting them with processing data - Experience reaching quality and compliance by participating in Agile ceremonies, conducting UAT, and adhering to DoD security standards and data governance practices. Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to sit at Scott Air Force Base. They will work closely with customers to gather and refine both business and user requirements, translating them into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. They will collaborate daily with product owners, IT and network data engineers, data architects, and dashboard experts to ensure mission needs are accurately reflected in our datasets and analytics solutions. This role is central to driving data-informed decision-making and improving mission outcomes, all while maintaining strict compliance with DoD data governance and security standards. They will contribute to the documentation process by authoring and peer-reviewing a wide range of materials from functional and technical specs to training guides, planning documents, and strategic roadmaps.
