Job Description:
Strong expertise in .NET, C#, Azure and Agile methodologies, SOLID principles, and technical documentation.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards), message structures, data formats, and communication protocols
- Develop and integrate SECS/GEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Configure equipment to communicate with host systems, set up communication parameters, and define data-collection variables
- Create and manage Siemens Camstar Opcenter modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating
- Collect real-time data from equipment sensors and processes; monitor equipment status and performance metrics; implement data-collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)
- Provide functional experience in GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation (SECS/GEM)
- Maintain and enhance test-automation frameworks for continuous improvement
- Apply good documentation and good testing practices
Additional skills: Java REST web services, Camstar (Siemens Opcenter), EIS
