Contract Duration: 18 Months with possible extension or FTE conversion Location: Charlotte NC hybrid(3 days onsite day one) Working hours are staggered with other Travel Risk Specialists to ensure adequate coverage. β€’ While your hours may generally be scheduled as either: β€’ o 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm Eastern Time, OR β€’ o 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm Eastern Time Seeking a Security Intel Specialist to join the Intelligence and Risk Analysis (CSIRA) team within the Corporate Security group. Specifically, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s people, assets, and operations. This position is at the forefront of threat detection, risk assessment, and strategic intelligence, transforming information into actionable insights that inform decision-making and protect against evolving security challenges. Gather and Analyze Intelligence: Collect, evaluate, and interpret intelligence data from diverse sources (open-source, human, and technical) to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities Required Skills & Experience β€’ 5+ years of experience in the intelligence/crime/threat analysis field, such as with a federal, state, or local law enforcement entity, or a private sector intelligence team β€’ The need is for an intelligence analyst who can apply judgement to travel risk β€’ Security intelligence is more important than solely travel risk, that is the focus β€’ The primary skill requested is ability to gather and evaluate intelligence β€’ Past candidates may have come from small shops taking security calls and handling, this won’t be ideal but still respected experience β€’ Candidates had travel risk experience but not strong enough in explaining intelligence gathering and evaluation of that intel Desired Skills & Experience β€’ Proven experience as an intelligence analyst in public or private sectors; adept at applying analytic techniques and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative security and threat data β€’ Skilled in global threat intelligence and assessments supporting domestic and international security operations β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced in tailoring presentations for varied audiences β€’ Familiarity with risk intelligence platforms and databases (e.g., Ontic, Dataminr, WorldAware, Sibylline, Intelligence Fusion) What You Will Be Doing β€’ Review travel requests and itineraries to elevated risk destinations to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. β€’ Contact travelers and/or delegates if documents or contents are missing or noncompliant with travel policies. β€’ Monitor the Global Travel Risk mailbox and respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally. β€’ Utilize third-party risk platforms to monitor for incidents that could impact client business travelers globally; follow established protocols to communicate with travelers and report status to key stakeholders and incident management teams. β€’ Efficiently and diligently document all actions taken in accordance with established procedures. β€’ Support crisis management operations during major incidents as required, which may include working outside of normal business hours. β€’ Compile and disseminate Travel Risk Advisories as needed. β€’ Provide travel risk support for major company events as required. β€’ Fulfill responsibilities related to the maintenance and publication of country risk ratings and hotel security assessments. β€’ Collaborate with internal and external partners, including working closely with Global Intelligence specialists to facilitate information sharing, identify and understand travel requirements, and document regional travel risks and posture.
