Security Platform Developer

Hi Greetings from Compunnel Staffing !!! Security Platform Developer Remote (Need to work in PST Hours) Contract Totals 12+ years of IT Industry experience. JD: We are looking for a Security Platform Developer to help us take our DevSecops and Security tools to the next level. In this role you'll build dashboards and apps with New Relic and develop event-driven solutions that protect our systems in real time. If you develop with a passion for security, data, and automation, this role is for you. You'll Do: • Build and enhance security dashboards and custom apps using the API. • Convert logs into actionable metrics and insights. • Analyse data to make allow /block traffic decisions. • Develop event-driven security automation to respond to threats in real times. • Collaborate with Security, Devops , and RE Teams to improve monitoring and defences. We're Looking for: • Hands on experience with New Relic (Dashboards, APIs, and/or apps). • Strong coding skills in Python and Node.js. • Frontend experience with React.js/ Next.js preferred. • Familiarity with security analysis, log pipelines, and event driven development. • Bonus: Experience with cloud platform (AWS /GCP/ OCI), Kubernetes, or security tools (SIEM , IDS/IPS).
