Client is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, MLOps, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, NLP), and Apache Spark to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing consulting experience, hands-on production ML deployment expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our customer-facing consulting team. This remote role requires a strong combination of advanced Machine Learning (ML) expertise, MLOps experience, and a proven ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Machine Learning solutions, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP applications, while working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Machine Learning implementations for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines with a strong emphasis on MLOps, CI/CD automation, model monitoring, and versioning. • Develop and optimize Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and NLP solutions for production environments. • Build and manage scalable ML infrastructure using Docker, data orchestration tools, and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems. Required Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning models in production environments. • 3+ years of customer-facing consulting, Professional Services, or Solutions Architect experience. • Strong expertise in the complete MLOps lifecycle, including model versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring, and automation. • Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and ML/data pipeline orchestration. • Proven experience deploying Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and NLP solutions for enterprise applications. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Databricks and modern MLOps platforms. • Strong knowledge of distributed computing and large-scale data processing using Apache Spark. • Experience designing scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments. • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
