Senior AI Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our Core AI Services team. In this role, you'll help build scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI platform services and public APIs. You'll work on enabling innovative AI capabilities with a strong focus on performance, security, and usability. Key responsibilities • Design and build reliable, high-performance cloud services on Microsoft Azure. • Develop secure, well-documented public APIs and SDKs for internal and external use. • Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, orchestration, and model serving. • Implement strong security and compliance controls to protect sensitive data and ensure secure access to services. • Contribute to code and architecture reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster innovation within the team. • Support AI model deployment, training workflows, and internal tooling development. Requirements • 10+ years in software engineering, with a focus on platform or cloud-native development (.NET preferred). • Proven experience with Azure PaaS services (Functions, AKS, API Management). • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and data privacy best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions. • Experience working in Agile environments and mentoring team members. • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
