They are seeking an AI Specialist to play a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions within a manufacturing environment. The Role As the AI Specialist, you will: • Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within production and manufacturing environments • Partner with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and production to identify high-impact use cases • Translate business challenges (e.g., production scheduling, output optimization) into scalable AI solutions • Work hands-on with modern AI tools to build, test, and deploy solutions into real-world workflows • Guide teams in identifying and improving workflows through AI integration • Contribute to both architecture design and hands-on development, balancing strategy with execution Required Experience • Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in business or operational environments • Strong background working with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Foundry, and Azure AI • Experience within production/manufacturing environments • Experience translating business problems into scalable AI use cases (e.g., production scheduling, output optimization) • Strong communication skills, with the ability to “sell” ideas and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization • Experience with Snowflake and/or Power BI Why This Role?
