As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be an integral part of the AI Development Department supporting cutting-edge projects. Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLMs) Location:Plano, TX Pay Range: What's the Job? Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to support innovative solutions. Design and implement AI workflows utilizing frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Build and refine prompts, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search techniques to optimize AI performance. Integrate AI models into production systems through APIs, Python, and cloud services, ensuring scalable and reliable deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, deliver measurable outcomes, and promote responsible AI practices. What's Needed? Hands-on experience with large language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.) and AI/ML technologies. Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and model evaluation techniques. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Experience working with RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Azure AI Search), and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
