Senior AI/ML Resource

Senior AI/ML/GenAI Resource will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions across enterprise environments. This hands-on, full-stack role focuses on developing scalable AI-driven applications, integrating data pipelines, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of AI systems. The ideal candidate will contribute across the full lifecycle, from data ingestion to deployment, while driving practical and impactful AI outcomes. Location & Work Type Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY Work Type: Remote Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines to deployed applications • Build and integrate GenAI-powered systems, including LLM-based workflows and agent orchestration • Develop across the full stack, including frontend interfaces, middleware, APIs, and backend AI systems • Apply prompt engineering and AI-driven data transformation techniques • Work extensively with SQL and data modeling to structure and optimize datasets • Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines for performance and scalability • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to data access, integration, UX, security, and authentication • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable and maintainable solutions • Participate in stakeholder discussions and effectively communicate technical solutions Qualifications Required: • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (heavy emphasis) • Hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI technologies • LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or similar concepts • Experience building data pipelines and working with structured/unstructured data • Ability to work across frontend, middleware, and backend systems • Experience integrating with APIs, enterprise platforms, or data systems • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical delivery Preferred (Optional): • Experience with tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar AI platforms • Exposure to agent orchestration or AI workflow automation • Experience working on enterprise automation or AI-driven business solutions • Background in use cases such as forecasting, optimization, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation Benefits • Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem • Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid-time-off options • Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $94 - $104 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
