Senior Analyst - Business System Configuration

Open to: Charlotte (NC), Lewisville (TX), Jacksonville (FL), or Detroit (MI) locations. Overview: • The senior Analyst of Business System Configuration is considered a strong analytical/procedural individual focusing on strategy rules and configuration to drive business forward. Act as a key participant in story refinement, configuration design, and configuration execution. This role will partner with leadership, business experts, and partners to drive solutions and improvements to complex business problems. Resource must have a quality outcome mindest and will actively assist the quality assurance team ensuring configurations meet business needs and minimize risks. The individual will work closely with key leaders and broad group of matrix partners to implement business solutions. Qualifications: • bachelor's degree preferred • 3 + years experience in financial services or related industry • project management/business analyst certification (or equivalent work experience) HIGHLY PREFERED • Hands on configuration development, preferably with Python. • Auto-lending industry experience, credit, or mortgage loan experience. • Work with Stakeholders, Value Streams & Global Partners • excellent written and verbal communications skills • experience in facilitation project teams • Python &/or Java • experience in reading or querying SQL ,Oracle, SMSS REQUIRED • Deliver results in high complex matrix
