Overview:
We are implementing a full suite Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP and EPM application layer to support our rapidly growing organization. This is a very important strategic initiative and an excellent opportunity to participate in a greenfield implementation effort for a large and successful company and shape its future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Supports the Information Technology ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications, and team delivering excellence in service across incident management, environment and release management, projects, training, adoption, and oversight of 3rd party contractors within the assigned application domains (Supply chain, Finance and Projects).
β’ Works closely with the business and IT leadership and partners, serving as an expert resource to leverage the ERP solution to support the organization.
β’ Implement and manage processes and procedures required to ensure optimal systems selection, design, development, configuration, implementation, upgrades, testing, and production success.
β’ System Implementation: Collaborate with System Implementation Partners to build a scalable solution meeting AIRβs requirements and lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there.
β’ Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial management processes, requirements, and pain points.
β’ Solution Design: Develop functional designs and solutions that leverage Oracle Fusion Financials modules to address business needs, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
β’ Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications based on the business requirements.
β’ Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system. Ensure that the solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.
β’ Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
β’ User Training: Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Create user documentation and guides.
β’ Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the systemβs smooth operation.
β’ Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company
β’ Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
β’ Break down barriers of siloed thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization.
Experience & Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
β’ At least five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
β’ Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices required
β’ Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred
β’ B.S. or B.A. degree in accounting, business, MIS, or equivalent required
β’ Proper U.S. work authorization
Skills β Fusion Financials:
Minimum four years of design, configuration, development experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules
β’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
β’ 7+ years of experience configuring Oracle Cloud Financials applications (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), or 5 successful full lifecycle implementations of said applications
β’ βOracle Certified Implementation Professionalβ for General Ledger, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
β’ Proficient in creating functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations
β’ Experience with data migration, system integration, and interface design
β’ Proficient in Reporting and Analytics tools (Oracle Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, Smartview)
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
