Role description
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our clientβs team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid ,contract position.
3 days onsite, 2 days remote
SALARY: $45-$50/hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
β’ Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets
β’ Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and BigQuery
β’ Proven ability to query and analyze cloud-based data platforms
β’ Strong knowledge of marketing measurement, attribution, and A/B testing methodologies
β’ 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics
β’ Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively
β’ Experience applying forecasting or predictive analytics to support marketing decisions
Responsibilities
β’ Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud-based platforms
β’ Translate marketing and customer data into actionable insights
β’ Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across marketing channels
β’ Design and analyze A/B tests and other marketing experiments
β’ Develop and enhance reporting and visualization tools for decision-making
β’ Support marketing teams in boosting acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and engagement
β’ Monitor marketing spend efficiency and ROI
β’ Collaborate with teams to validate data accuracy and reporting consistency
β’ Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform strategic marketing initiatives
