Role description
Pride Health is looing for Senior Analyst – Marketing Science to support our client’s medical facility, which is in New York City, NY Location – 100% remote New York City, NY Pay range - $40 TO $50/hr on W2 Length of assignment – 32 weeks of Contract Job Summary • The Senior Analyst, Marketing Science partners with cross-functional stakeholders to address key business questions through data analysis and insights. • This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful, actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making, enhance marketing effectiveness, and strengthen organizational impact. Key Responsibilities: • Support organization-level and executive-level reporting, with a focus on evaluating marketing impact on overall demand. • Develop, maintain, and optimize data tables for use across reporting and analytics applications. • Monitor and analyze performance across marketing and communication channels using dashboards, reports, and presentations. • Conduct in-depth analyses by integrating and transforming data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights. • Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to build, enhance, and scale the Business Intelligence ecosystem. • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to align on analytics strategies and deliver insights. • Promote and enable a hybrid service and self-service analytics model within the marketing function. • Manage BI workspaces, data refresh processes, and dataflows while improving efficiency through automation. • Enhance data taxonomy, processes, and technical infrastructure to support enterprise-wide data initiatives. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical outputs. Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or a related field. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools. • Hands-on experience with marketing data sources including: • Web analytics • Mobile analytics • Advertising analytics • Phone tracking data • Ability to interpret data within business context and translate it into actionable insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Strong analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
