Wilkins Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst – Project Management Office to lead end-to-end data analytics, reporting, and project controls for major government infrastructure initiatives. You will serve as the central analytical owner for cost, schedule, and performance insights, partnering closely with agency sponsors and the Project Director. This role blends financial analysis, PMO governance, and operational reporting within a fast-paced environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, and flexible work. Category • Project Management Office (PMO) • Data Analytics and Reporting • Infrastructure and Capital Projects Skills • Cost and schedule analysis; performance baselining and variance reporting • Data validation and reconciliation; trend identification and issue escalation • Centralized data stewardship across project authorization, planning, and contract records • Capital project milestone development and on-time delivery support • Monthly and annual analytics; KPI dashboards; narrative and executive-ready reporting • PMO reporting for training, time-off summaries, budget tracking, and contract status • Maintenance of crosswalk/milestone logs, bid and award data, and state-of-good-repair updates • Proficiency building charts, graphs, and pivot tables in Excel • Ability to learn proprietary tools and reporting systems efficiently • Analytical problem solving: structuring analyses, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions • Collaboration with project sponsors; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with Primavera (P6) and/or Power BI a plus Scope • Own the integrity, timeliness, and completeness of PMO data across cost, schedule, and contract domains • Serve as point of contact for Integrated Contract Management System (ICIMS) project authorization and contract data • Build and maintain capital project milestones and delivery metrics to support schedule adherence • Produce recurring monthly and annual analytics packages with clear, actionable insights • Compile PMO standard reports including training, vacation/sick leave summaries, and budget/contract updates • Track SGR scoring and ensure updates are reflected accurately in ICMS • Maintain crosswalks, milestone reports, and bid/award datasets to align financials, scope, and delivery • Partner day-to-day with agency project sponsors and report directly to the Project Director • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and data quality controls • Support ad hoc analyses for leadership decision-making and portfolio optimization Location • On-site in New York City Education and Experience • Bachelor of Science in engineering, data analytics, accounting, economics, or business administration and/or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification along with a technical degree • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, financial analysis, and/or project controls • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze facts, work efficiently with large data sets, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring costs, work, and contractor performance
