About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer with deep expertise in modern workplace technologies to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise collaboration and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will enhance user productivity, strengthen security, and modernize our workplace environment through innovation and automation. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Implementation • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). • Architect and integrate secure, scalable workplace solutions using Azure or AWS. • Lead endpoint management strategies — patching, compliance, and lifecycle management. • Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience migrating devices from SCCM to Intune (co-management or full migration). Security & Compliance • Configure and manage security tools — DLP, Safe Links, Defender for Office 365. • Implement Zero Trust security and Privileged Access Management. • Administer email protection systems (e.g., Proofpoint) and ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Automation & Optimization • Automate workflows (onboarding/offboarding) using PowerShell and Azure Automation. • Optimize identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and SSO. Support & Troubleshooting • Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues. • Lead deskside and remote support initiatives ensuring high employee satisfaction. • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base materials. Collaboration & Leadership • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team training. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Security, Infrastructure, and Legal. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in workplace engineering practices. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years in Workplace Engineering, Endpoint Management, or Infrastructure Engineering. • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and SCCM. • Demonstrated success in SCCM to Intune migration (mandatory). • Deep understanding of endpoint security, device compliance, and identity management. • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation tools. • Familiarity with Zero Trust, DLP, and modern authentication frameworks. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
