Senior Analyst for Setup Bloomberg

Contract 12+ Month Fully Remote an option for excellent candidate Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, New York, Iselin, New Jersey or Chicago, IL, Denver CO As per HM: Security Setup Clear exceptions for trading Setup Bloomberg & Trading Using Goldensource currently and candidate will be trained Data Management Control Responsibilities: • Perform Bloomberg and trading system setups, including data feed configuration and validation for new securities and instrument updates. • Clear and resolve exceptions to ensure timely trade enablement and data accuracy across front-to-back systems. • Reconcile and validate data across Bloomberg, CRD, GoldenSource, and internal systems, ensuring high data quality and consistency (training provided). • Manage end-to-end security setup and reference data management in Eagle (PACE, STAR, Data Management) and integrated platforms. • Maintain and enhance the security master across multiple asset classes — equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and funds. • Support data management controls, ensuring compliance with governance standards and documentation of control processes. • Collaborate with Front Office, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Operations to support trading activities and resolve data issues. • Participate in UAT, automation, and data quality initiatives using tools such as Alteryx, Python, VBA, and SQL. • Prepare and maintain data control reports and dashboards to monitor performance and inform business decisions.
